Hamilton’s yoga journey began 16 years ago at the formerly known Atha yoga studio ( Jivamukti yoga Stavanger ) in Norway, where he taught for 10 years as one of the senior teachers. He shares from his honoring of the devotional energy (Bhakti), his creative asana practice, and the studies of sacred scriptures. He encourages the students to be in presence of the Now while sustaining a deep connection to Mother earth with compassion.
